“On July 17, 2009, our son, ‘Shasta’, a bichon frise, died. We were/are devastated. We did not know of Cremation Services of East Tennessee, but we quickly found out. We found them to be respectful, sympathetic, empathetic, trustworthy, honest, thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and helpful. We would not look for another crematory service as we have found the best… not only for our pets but for ourselves as well. Excellent and highly recommended!!”
