Q. What types of pets can be cremated at your facility?
A. Any type of pet may be cremated, as small as a bird or up to 350 pounds.

Q. Do you offer services for larger pets?
A. Although we currently do not offer cremation for large breeds such as horses, we do offer burial services. Please call our office if you wish to have your large breed buried.

Q. Will you pickup my pet at my home or Veterinary Clinic?
A. Yes, our staff will arrange for the pickup of your pet within a 30 mile radius of our location. We will be glad to pickup outside the area; however, there is an additional charge for this service.

Q. Can I stay for the entire cremation?
A. Yes, many families decide to stay and witness the entire cremation process. You and your family are welcome to use our family viewing area which has a window that looks directly into the cremation area.

Q. How long does the cremation process take?
A. Cremation times vary based on the weight of your pet. Typically, the time period for an average cremation is 2 to 3 hours.

Q. What are your location hours?
A. We are available 7 days a week. Our office is staffed Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 4:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:30am until 3:00pm.

Q. Are you available after regular hours?
A. Yes, we are more than happy to meet with you after office hours by appointment.

Q. What if my pet dies after hours?
A. You can call our office and leave a message on our company voicemail. Your call will be returned as promptly as possible.
